Therapy Journey
Complimentary Consultation
At Lia Wei Speech Pathology, we offer a free 15-minute phone consultation to discuss your concerns and explore how we can best support you. Once you feel comfortable proceeding and provide consent, we will begin the intake process.
Initial Assessment
Initial assessments allow us to define specific therapy needs. If you require a formal assessment report, we will provide a quote for this service. With your permission, we may also reach out to your support circle to gather a holistic view of your needs.
Therapy Planning
After establishing your goals and expected outcomes, we develop a tailored therapy plan. We will discuss the frequency of sessions and any additional supports—such as resource preparation or care coordination—required outside of your direct sessions.
Service Delivery
We deliver ongoing therapy in your natural environment (home, school, childcare, or community). For settings managed by a third party, we ask that you obtain the necessary consent and help facilitate communication between the organization and the clinician for scheduling and compliance.
Progress Review
We regularly re-examine your progress against your initial assessment. This allows us to identify new goals or, most importantly, celebrate your achievements as you reach your milestones.
